You are invited to spend a holiday in this charming Venetian Villa, just a few miles North of Treviso, and surronded by parkland.
In an 18th Century drawing, the Villa is decorated with statues, and the long drive is flanked by plane-trees. Time and wars have left their marks, but the structure is unchanged, and we have lovingly refurbished the house with antique furniture from various homes wich in the past belonged to our family.
From the little railway station, the local train will take you to Venice in less than forty minutes. The Treviso motorway is about 2 kilometres away.
Treviso, the thriving capital of the "joyous and amorous Country", with its churches dating back to the 13th Century and its charming frescoed houses, is ten minutes away by car, train or bus.
Day trips are recomanded to Asolo, to the Palladian Villas of Maser and Fanzolo, to Possagno, Canova's birth-place, and to Bassano del Grappa.
But if you whould rather spend your time in a quiet, old House, you will find ancient trees, comfortable rooms, and an excellent cuisine.
We speak good English and French, some German and just a little Spanish
