IL LECCIO DEL CONVENTO ,
is a building of 1685 belonging to the monastery of Santa Maria degli Angeli of Murano (Venice).
It is hidden in a garden with century-old trees and still preserves its original nineteenth-century-furniture. It lies in a typically rural surrounding, five kilometers from Conegliano and two from the motorway Venice-Belluno. An archway connects the inside of the building with the garden, in the outer part of which there is a swimming pool.
The rooms are big and comfortable, and have still their original furniture. The bathrooms are outside the bedrooms.
There is a huge parking place, also covered, inside the building.
Places of artistic-historical interest such as Asolo, Treviso, Oderzo, Marostica, the mediaeval cloister of Follina, Villa Barbaro in Maser (by Palladio) are easy to reach. Naturally, you should also pay a visit to Conegliano, with its famous hills covered with Prosecco vineyards, the Romanesque church of San Pietro di Feletto, Vittorio Veneto, the Castle of Susegana and numerous other records of the past.
It will take you only three quarters of an hour to reach either the Dolomites in the North or Venice and Adriatic coast in the South.

Nearby, there are the airports of Treviso and of Venice, and the railway station of Conegliano
